Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
The handbag or eyewear must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was received.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, dust bags, tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).
Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, odors, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Authorization

Your order number
Clear photographs of the item
The reason for your return
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The Luxe Authority is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return packages. The customer assumes all risk until the package has been successfully delivered to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The Luxe Authority does not offer exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, you must place a new order after your return has been approved and refunded.
Final Sale
Items that do not meet the return requirements or are returned after the 7-day return window may be denied and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
